Because it was a short past paced tour we did only brush over some of the palaces, but that is to be expected. Thought the historic & local knowledge given by Vansh was fantastic. Also his personal stories helped us have an understanding of the Indian culture. The Almondz Hotel wasn't very efficient with having towels, soap etc. the key cards would not work the second time & the biggest issue was not only the outside noise but most frustrating was the functions held on the 4th floor that went till midnight & were VERY LOUD! We had to ring and complain a couple of times. The Udai Vilas Palace hotel needed a good clean, the floors and surfaces were filthy. Food in this hotel not as good as others. Our favourite hotel by far was the Mandawa Haveli in Jaipur, even with the power going out 3 times - we loved it! All in all we loved the Tour Guide, the Driver & the Tour. Great short Indian experience & would recommend to others.”  

Just to say what a fantastic adventure we had with Yusef and our tour group on our recent trip to India. It was our first time there and travelling with our 18 year old daughter. The tour was absolutely wonderful and we still cannot believe all we saw and did. Yusef was a very nice man and very professional and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. He was always calm and organised and looked after eveyone perfectly. Our group were great fun and we had a lot of laughs. I unfortunately was battling a chest infection in the last days of the tour and just wanted to get back to Delhi from Varanasi. Yusef kindly organised a flight back that day and hotel in Delhi for the 3 of us. He also organised someone to transport us to the airport and we were met at the other end as well which was so nice and driven to the hotel. I was extremely grateful for this and once back visited a hospital and got antibiotics and able to finish our trip. Despite getting sick which was unfortunate I had a fantastic time and we all cannot wait to visit India again. There is so much more to see. We would definitely travel with ON THE GO again, a guided tour is the best way to get around and we would make sure Yusef was the guide. We look at our photos and cannot believe that we have been there. Everywhere we went was so interesting and we loved the different culture and sights. Satish Dhar was amazing. I traveled with a friend with mobility issues and Satish made sure she was well looked after and safe. He has a wealth of information about India and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond, ensuring that we all had the experiences that we wanted, even if they weren't part of the itinerary! We always felt safe with Satish and he even held our hands when we crossed busy streets! When an ATM was not to be found, he lent me money and it was much appreciated. His beautiful accent was very easy to understand and I loved listening to his speak. Satish is a kind,intelligent and gentle man who deserves a Tour Leader award and more! ”
