Satt genuinely loves his country and it shows, he doesn't shy away from the challenges but honestly introduces you to his vibrant country. He was unfailingly cheerful and helpful doing everything in his power to make sure that we had a wonderful trip. I was a bit ill at the end of the trip and he went out of his way to make me more comfortable and making sure that I had what I needed to feel better.

He is the best tour guide I have had, though Mustafa (OTG-Egypt 2011) was a close second, and I have toured with several different companies and their guides were good but Satt truly went above and beyond. I would travel with him again in a heartbeat!”

Great guides, car was clean, when flights were delayed the guides were totally on top of it. Tailormade Golden Triangle with the full crew was truly a holiday - easy for the family.

In Dharamshala - feedback was that guide did not speak much english, which is understandably a symptom of the area. Could have used more guidance in getting around Manali, Mcleod Ganj - but this is not something that was included in invoice to be honest - they knew they had to guide themselves and that's what they wanted.

They raved about the Raakh Resort - they got lucky and ended up staying when the owners were there. They'd spend the evenings around a bonfire with music and sleep under the stars. It was what made their trip. The lack of wifi, long walk to their room had them phased at first, but really pulled them out of their shell and got them to kick back.

A very good introductory tour of Nepal. Trekking through the jungle was a great experience and views of the mountains - simply amazing! We was very impreesed with the guides. They were gracious, knowledgeable and pleasure to trek with.”
