We enjoyed the tour very much. Esra did a magnificent job and is to be warmly congratulated on her performance! The only downside was that the hotels in Pamukkale and Bandirma were not good. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. ”  

In general the tour was good - there were some frustrations with the way the Gallipoli commemoration was run but that was beyond the control of the tour company. The hotels also had a number of issues but that was also likely the result of the large number of people travelling at the time.

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He and the bus driver were both good. The only thing I didn't like about the tour was the very commercial trips to the carpet and leather factories. While both were interesting there was excessive pressure on to purchase and the layout of the facilities did make it very difficult to get away. It also resulted in large waits for those people that weren't interested in purchasing while those that were ended up negotiating.

Some of the food stops could also have been better planned. Given the number of tour groups travelling it might have been better to look for more locations rather than going to the same ones that became very busy.”

I was lucky enough to be apart of the 8 Day Royal Engineers Tour that went to Dawn Service for the 100th Anniversary of Gallipoli. This was a very special trip for me and thanks to On The Go and our amazing guide, Murat, I had a trip that I will cherish forever.

I am an experienced traveller and never have I had a better guide than Murat. His knowledge of Turkey and the ancient sites that we visited is second to none but more importantly, his charisma and grace under pressure ensured the success of this trip. I feel so lucky to have had a Turkish guide who was not only able to teach me the history of Turkey but also provide an insight into Turkish culture and life; the kind of insight that only a Turkish person could provide and all of this in fluent English. He is a credit to your company and the main reason why I will be recommending On The Go to anyone who will listen.
