Explore Cairo’s rich history on this half-day guided tour of Old Cairo. You will be collected from your hotel at approximately 9:00 and taken to Old Cairo. Highlights of the tour include the Hanging Church, a 3rd-century marvel suspended above an ancient fortress. We also visit the City of the Dead, where tombs and vibrant community life coexist. Discover the Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest in Cairo, famous for its invaluable medieval manuscripts. At the Citadel of Saladin, built to defend the city in the 12th century, enjoy sweeping views and visit the majestic Alabaster Mosque, an Ottoman-inspired landmark commissioned by Muhammad Ali Pasha.

End your journey at El Fishawi Café, Cairo’s oldest café in the bustling Khan El Khalili bazaar, where you can relax with traditional tea or coffee.
