Flying to Mexico from the UK:

The average flight time between the UK and Mexico is between 12-15 hours though it ultimately depends on where in the UK you're departing from. Most of our Mexico group tours start or end in Cancun with one itinerary that starts in Mexico City - both cities are home to international airports with good flight options from the UK. From London you can fly direct to Mexico City with British Airways. Indirect flights are often cheaper with a transit stop made en route. Some of the quicker options from London include KLM via Amsterdam, Air France via Paris and Lufthansa via Frankfurt. If you prefer to fly direct to Cancun, at present the only options are either British Airways or Thomas Cook Airlines from Gatwick otherwise there are plenty of airlines flying indirect including Air Canada via Toronto and American Airlines via Miami.

If you are flying from Manchester you can also fly direct to Cancun with Thomas Cook Airlines. Indirect options include Lufthansa via Frankfurt, British Airways via London and Delta via Atlanta - the latter also flying to Mexico City. There are no direct flights from Edinburgh to Mexico so the fastest option is with British Airways via London. Most other airlines will make two stops en route. We have a full ATOL licence (ATOL 6109) and would be glad to assist with your flight booking to Mexico.
