Israel Travel Advice

Tours to Israel cancelled up till and including Sunday 3 December 2023
In light of the ongoing conflict in southern Israel near the border with Gaza, and changes to international travel advice for visiting Israel, we are cancelling all tours departing from or travelling to Israel up till and including Sunday 3 December 2023.
The FDCO advice for Israel has changed and hence holidays will not be departing as planned. Options available to travellers who have yet to depart, (up till 3 December 2023) are:
1. If travelling on a multi-country tour keep the same holiday arrangements but exclude the Israel section from the end of your tour. A credit note will be provided for the Israel section of your tour, and you may like to use this towards extending your stay at the Dead Sea or Amman or for arrangements in another country i.e. Turkey. Any remaining balance will be honored as a credit note which can be used for any tour, any destination valid till 30 October 2025.
2. Defer your tour to a departure date later in 2023 or 2024 (at no additional cost)
3. Receive a credit note for the full value of your tour to be used for any tour, any destination valid till 30 Oct 2025.
4. Cancel with 100% cancellation fees.
Please let us know your preferred choice before Tuesday 31 October 2023. If we don’t hear from you before this date your booking will be cancelled with 100% cancellation fees.
We have local teams in every city and many remote locations in Israel, Jordan and Egypt that we are communicating with regularly. Having completed a new assessment today we can confirm that except for Israel, all services and arrangements in Egypt and Jordan are unaffected and continue to operate as normal.
For clients travelling to Israel after 3 December up till 31 December 2023 a decision as to whether your tour will operate will be made on Friday 10 November 2023.
Travel Advice for Israel
As a travel operator registered in the United Kingdom all of our holidays to Israel follow the travel advice offered by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). Our tours in Israel are currently running as normal. The recent acts of violence have been against Israeli citizens and not tourists. Our team in Israel is in constant contact with the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and is monitoring the situation. Currently the FCO does not have any travel restrictions in place for the areas our tours visit in Israel. For further information please visit the British Foreign Office website.
